The first thing that impressed me was their customer service. They were very responsive to my questions and went out of their way to help me get started with their system. Overall I was very satisfied with the WFC Group and would definitely recommend them to others.

provides HCM Services to businesses of all sizes. However my experience was negative.I contacted the company about a potential issue I had with their service. After receiving no response from the company I emailed them again. This time I left a detailed description of what I had experienced and why it was important to me that they investigate my issue. A few hours later I received an email back from the company stating that they were in the middle of an unrelated project and would not be able to investigate my issue until after the project was finished. In addition they offered no apology for not responding sooner or providing an explanation for why they would be in the middle of an unrelated project. In short this company is unprofessional and doesnt seem interested in helping their customers.

Unfortunately recent years have seen a uptick in these companies becoming more interested in software LISs ilee system on steroids rather than human resources which is when the problem begins.The WFC Groups current program is one of their most popular and has been in place for over two years now. The company has been able to increase the efficiency and quality of their HR processes by using EBS s Enterprise Backup Replication as well asCloud which are very high-quality options. However there are many other software options out there that can be quite efficient and provide similar results but at a greater price point.
