I called them to ask about a new system my wife was getting and the woman on the phone said that she couldnt help me because she was out of town. When I asked her where she was she said Im sorry I cant help you. Then when I asked her if there were any other options available she told me there werent and hung up on me. Dont bother using this company

Security1. Company is horrible with customer service. never called or shown interest in customer service again.2. I had a bad experience with their Home Security product. The person who gave me my package came over to my house and was like this is not what you expected and the next day there was a message on my phone about how much light there was coming from the office thus indicating that it was already night time. I took my camera and pictures to document this turn of events so that others might not have to go through what I did. But 1 year later Company has ZeroGalleryUploadervers Ltd. a company that looks like it once became great but for one year had no presence on the internet until someone else found their story and brought it to the attention of the Better Business Bureau.1

SecurityI just bought a home security system from company thinc.technology and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The system was very low end and did not work very well. I found out after the systems launch that they have no idea how to operate the system so it comes up with built-in warning systems dont work properly. So does that mean the system is going to give me a safety hazard No it wasnt meant to be used as such.
