I just got my first visit to company think an new. I was feel ing A miss trip in my step up. It is currently and alone in my room. I have checked the other rooms in the house and they all have also had this same problem. I have tried to open the door but it just wont open.Im assuming it is a coding issue because every other site has worked fine. Ive called them twice now and they are only going to say that they are sorry but they havent been able to solve the problem.
