- thinkCSCI bought a subscription to thinkcsc.coms technical support service. I was immediately transferred to the customer service representative. They didnt seem to understand what I was trying to do. I told them that I needed help with a tech question and they couldnt answer my question for me. They said they would get back to me and never did. Its been about a week now and they havent called or come through with a solution. Do not use this company--its terrible

I have never seen a site like thinkcsca which specializes in giving users tell-all stories of the industrys top recognize companies. yea or nay those involved in the company have had it with everyone who makes decisions about whether or not youre getting what you need from their software program. If you are not careful about what information you share and let alone when something goes wrong you could be facing dangerous consequences.The people at thinkcsca seem to be happy with what they do there job is protectionism and legality but we all know there better than this. The company has caused thousands of dollars in legal costs for them now want to get out of the business because thinkcsca doesnt give a sht about users and often gives players access to their
