I have never had such terrible customer service. I ordered a part that was not even in stock and then after waiting for weeks my part finally arrived - but it was not the right part. They told me it would be another week before I could get a new one and then when I asked how much longer they were going to keep the old one in stock they said well see. In the end I had to go buy a different part from somebody else because there was no way I was going to be able to use this company again.

Thinkecs.com is a very bad user review. The company was once good but now they are just starting to get front-page applications in the cloud and their products are of low quality. All of their products are aimed at the SaaS market but still some features are not working right on my computer. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

thinkecs.com is a terrible business model and bad for the environment. They are based on the edge of society with no control over quality assurance or manufacturing processes. There is no heavy engineering and manufacturing industry in rural America. I for one would have never known about this business if not for the SEO campaign that was run across all of their pages. Unfortunately it was not successful enough and they were forced to close down their site as a result.
