I just did a purchase through company thinknettech. I was very impressed with the quick service and the quality of the product. However I immediately received a message that my order had been placed but not shipped yet. I contacted company thinknettech. They told me that they would need my business number and email address to process my order. I appreciated the move over from traditional phone callage but this is not what we meant when we said think nettech was new. We meant it as a compliment.
