I did not have a positive experience with Thinknicity.com. The company is in the business of providing specialized Life Science Technology Professional Services Practice and this is what I found to be their most glaring flaw. They dont seem to really understand the needs of their clients or they are just not good at dealing with customers who do not want to be treated like second class citizens. In addition their pricing model is very high for what you get. If you are looking for quality service at a reasonable price point then I would recommend finding someone else to work with.
