Think Tank NTG IT Support Services Northwest Indiana is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman on the phone was extremely unhelpful and unyielding. She told me that I needed to send her a physical document because they do not have an internet connection in my office. I did not even have a computer in my office so this was not possible. Furthermore she said that she would only be able to help me if I paid for her services out of my own pocket. Her attitude made it very clear that she does not believe in providing good customer service.

I just signed up for this company and my first step was to contact Think Tank NG. I received a call back within minutes from someone who said I needed to come in for an interview because I had been selected to participate in the Think Tank study group. well i got there and there were 3 people working on my chair at once and they said we need to do a little more work before we can allow you into our group. now this is not good enough they need to get their act together so that i wont be stuck here all day with no hope of getting any service or help from them. so aftergetttling it through they told me that they would send someone out to meet me and tell me what was happening but all i found was a waste of time. wishful thinking at its highest.
