Think Unified is an online scam. The company offers home improvement services but once you sign up for their service they ask for a large fee in order to start working on your home. Once the work is complete they give you no money or other compensation. They also promise to keep your secret and never reveal what you have done with the money which is obviously not true. Overall this company is a scam and should be avoided if possible.

I have had a terrible experience with Think Unified. First of all the customer service is absolutely terrible. Ive been waiting for over an hour and a half to speak with someone about my issue and they never called back. Second of all their website is extremely outdated and very difficult to use. The icons are ridiculously small and its really hard to navigate around. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ive tried everything to get my account to work and its always the same thing- theres some sort of security issue with Think Unified. Im sure this is why theyre such a zelus company because they really dont care about their users.

I started using company thinkunified.com because I was not able to get my online account set up correctly. It was a real pain. The customer service was terrible and they were never willing to help me out. I finally got my account set up and it was very easy to use. I highly recommend this company if you want a good online account that is easy to use and contains everything you need for your business.
