Im not sure where to start when it comes to this company. The first thing that stands out is the lack of customer service. I made a warranty claim on a product they offered and was told there was no way I could get my money back because they were past their 30 day return policy. Needless to say I wont be returning this product or using their services again.

I absolutely hated this company. The whole idea of using technology in order to improve my work was incredibly frustrating and not worth the price of the service. I never got any help from anyone even after trying multiple times. Additionally there was a big delay in getting my work done and it ended up being quite costly.

I just got a bad review for thinkups.io Whoever is responsible for this should be arrested and parasiteed for their crimesThinkups.io is a great company that makes things happener through technology and development. However this reviewer did not behave in the best interest of the company and particularly its users by providing negative reviews. If they were so interested in they would have checked out other companies in the market to find what they look like when compared to thinknings.io. They also did not properly investigate the issue before making them public. In result thinkups.io has been impacted and may soon be gone from the platform altogether.
