I just left Thirdwave LLC. I was very disappointed in the service that I received. The developer tools are terrible and they have no interest in helping users get their projects completed on time. Most of my projects were completed within a day or two but not one project was completed by the time I had my project status updated or received feedback from my users about it. This is a company that I would not recommend to anyone.

I have had nothing but issues with company thirdwavellc.com. I have had customer service errors and this is only a small sample of the stuff I say. Heres my storyI started using company thirdwavellc.com in 2006 when it was just starting out as a web development consultancy. And while then-CEOs were NULLING ME copied me right on all I could find were the problems and how much they cost to fix them. So I would send someone else in only to have them do the same thing over and over again until there solve the problem. It got so that I never saw the end product for myself - rather than pay for something that didnt work I would just get another copy of the paper and hope it still looked good on screen when I pasted it into Google Earth.Eventually these people started becoming too many copied me and I stopped paying them anymore.
