This company is terrible. I have never had such a bad experience with any company in my life. The guy who runs the firm thirteen23 is really unprofessional and always makes you feel like he doesnt care about your project. Hes also very expensive and there is no guarantee that he will actually deliver what he says he will. Overall I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with thirteen23.com. I had high hopes for the experience but my experience wasquite terrible. The first thing that made me hate this company was their very poor customer service. They would not listen to me when I asked them questions about my project and just gave me fake information. Their website is also very buggy and it took me hours to get my account balance right after signing up. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone
