I dont think Ive ever had such terrible service from a company before. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They never seem to have the time to help you and if they do its often very difficult to understand what theyre saying because they speak in tongues. I would not recommend this company to anyone

I am soidis that this company is bad. I have been using Energy for home energy for over 5 years and have had amazing experiences. However this review is different than most of the reviews I have seen. It is specific to one company and is about an incident where their air conditioning system went down because of a problem with their electric coils. Here it isI was so disappointed when my electric coils went down on usis.energy just because we had been using them for 3 years without any issues. We were really dependant on our electric coils and knew that if they suddenly stopped working we would need to go out and get some help from friends or family.The users experience was great other than the electric coil problem. They used Energy again a few months later and his air conditioning system happened too - same issue with electric coils. Overall Im very disappointed with me these companies and will not be using them anymore
