I have had a terrible experience with this company. First of all the prices are outrageous Second of all the quality of their products is poor. Third of all the customer service is incredibly unhelpful and unyielding. Finally I have had to call them multiple times to get my alarm system installed because they keep claiming its not there yet. Do not bother using this company if you want your life to be in danger

The company Thompsonet is terrible. I have had two Alarms from them and both times they have not worked. The first time the alarm stopped ringing after a few minutes and the second time the sound it made was so loud it woke up my wife. Also their customer service is terrible. They do not even understand what you are asking for when you call them. Do not go to this company

The companyThompsonet.com is in the business of Commercial Security Life Safety Fire Alarm Systems. They offer a variety of different fire alarm systems as well as support for them. However I found their customer service to be very poor. They were not able to help me with my alarm system or provide any information about it. Additionally they did not seem to have much knowledge about commercial security life safety fire alarms systems. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
