I used thoughtbot for a while and the products they produced were very poor. The website was always slow the mobile apps were terrible and the support was often unhelpful. Overall I wouldnt recommend using them as a creative consultant.

The people who work at company thinkbot.com are incredibly slow to upsells and also dont always have what youre looking for on their list. For example they sell nothing but type-based products which are better than the genuine article but only finds content thats already been found elsewhere. Additionally they dont always have the latest trends in your genre or even know what they are. Overall its one of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had with products or service from any company.
