I have never had such great customer service They were always quick to respond to my emails and questions and they went out of their way to help me with my issues. I really appreciate how threatwave.com takes the time to understand their customers and make sure that their data is valid. ThreatWave, Review Specifics:
Threatwave.com is a complete and total scam I bought their Threatwatch service which I was very excited about but after only a few months of using it their data validity report was absolutely garbage. They kept giving me false positives for things like viruses and spam even though there were no such issues in my own email inbox or on my computer. Furthermore thereport did not actually provide any useful information at all - it just gave me some guesswork as to how likely it was that something could be considered a threat based on the information provided. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - they are simply trying to take advantage of people by making them pay for something they do not need or want.

Theyve been known to use our money toLIMITATIVE MONEY THEFT-offering no refunds or returns or requiring customers to give themoiler proof that theyve actually received the goods. All of this is just a form of control and extortion. I for one have had it with this behavior since before we could walk and I havezero hope of ever seeing my money again.
