is a complete waste of your timeI was absolutely disgusted with the entire experience with thriveon.net. First and foremost the support team is incredibly inept and unhelpful. Second their prices are ridiculously high for what youre getting. Finally their service is terrible - it took me multiple attempts to actually get my issue addressed and I ended up having to call them multiple times because they couldnt seem to find my problem even though they were supposed to be looking for it. Save your time and money and stay away from this company - theres no way youll be able to make any real progress in solving your IT problems if you use them

They keep giving me different excuses why my issue isnt fixed and when I ask for help they just say sorry we cant help you. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I had to email them multiple times because their response time was incredibly slow and they would never respond to my questions. In addition their website is outdated and difficult to use. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two different software providers in the past and both of them have not been as good as this one. Ive had to stop using thriveon because the company is not consistent with their support. Im not sure what is the problemThe problem with thriveon is that it is a little too consistent. They will do everything they can to help you but sometimes things might still happen.

I have had two attempts to log in to company thriveon.net since I joined the team and Im not having any of that. Bellevue Square is a great place for tech support but this is not what I want my information being held on my end like this. I am very disappointed with how this is being treated and I would love to be able to manage my information myself.The user has difficulty communicating with the platform difficult sign-in process and poor customer experience.
