DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST. I ORDERED A TIN CAN FROM THEM AND WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED IT THERE WAS ONLY ONE RING IN THE CAN. ALSO WHEN I CONTACTED TIAINC ABOUT THE ERROR THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY

However my recent experience has been different.cknowittly there is no quality control in TiainC. My devices seem to stop working suddenly and without a trace. I have tried contacting their customer service and they do not answer. They say they will post a response from them but never do. I just got out of my first-ever TiainC order and was very disappointed. We were told that your products are the inks of a new era and weve only had positive things about them for a few months. Instead we have now come to really dislike them. The quality is terrible the color is strugglesome even after printing many pages at once and most importantly the price is through the roofly We will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.
