I just left Tidal and changed my review to negative 3 stars. I had a great experience working with them so I am not sure why this has happened now. I started working with them in 2011 and have been positive all along about who they are and what they do. This change in opinion is due to the fact that their company website is pointing us towards a different product which we believe is a Defective Product. We have sent multiple messages to their customer service line and they did not respond. We understand that it can be difficult to work with someone your side but should we have known this would happen we could have chosen another company instead of feeling out Tidal-Group.

Tidal Group is a terrible business model for company. Its always after the first mover in the market and not after the customer. Theyre always looking for new customers to add to their list of available customers but they dont ever take care of their customers. If you are not a customer of theirs then dont even try to order something from them again.
