They are in the business of taking IT strong every day and they do not seem to care about providing a great service or creating an enjoyable experience for their customers. Their customer service is terrible and their delivery times are often very slow. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have used Tier One Technologies for many years now and have never had any problems. However recently I am having some major problems with their support. They are always very slow to respond and the staff is usually unhelpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The products they offer are terrible and do not take IT strong seriously. Do not bother using this company

I am not impressed with company Tier1technologies.com at all. I have had some bad experiences with other companies in this business so I was very hesitant to give this one another try. However after a few months of use I can say that the quality of their work is terrible. They always seem to be behind the schedule and they do not seem to care about their customers satisfaction. Additionally their customer service is extremely unhelpful and unyielding. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

Tier One Technologies has always been a bit late in the game when it comes to technology and today my laptop broke. I had been using their software for a while before that and I know they can do things other companies cant. They never seem to get this one right - now my laptop says Error My entire system is going through contact with tier1technologies.com for service but still no success.This company is just a total mess. Tier One Technologies has never delivered on their promises and now their software causes problems. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
