MDI am writing this letter after having used company tier3md.com for over a year now and 5 star reviews all around. I have to say that I was really satisfied with my previous experience with them. However in light of the current situation I am concerned about the level of customer service here. The staff were willing to help me out with everything from my computersmissing power cord to another issue where my computer was freezing up. However there was no one at the customer service desk to help me out with my new computers missing power cord. All they could do is send me a replacement without any money back. Now I need his battery so I can go tomorrow and try it on.I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never use their services again.
