I have had to call them multiple times because their service was not up to par and my business was not getting the help it needed from their IT professionals. Do not bother with this company if you need help with your IT issues

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at their job and do not provide good service. I have had to call them multiple times to get my IT support needs met and they always seem like they are trying to push their own agenda instead of taking care of things. I would not use this company for anything even if I only needed help with my computer.

The business tiers areTier One it is good for small businesses who need IT support but does not need full-time representation from a professional consultant. Tier Two is for busy small businesses who need more than just IT support and do not want to hire a professional consultant. Tier Three is for all small businesses who need IT support and can afford to have a professional consultant however they dont want to rely on reader feedback vacuumed up through Tier Two companies.

I am not sure what the problem is but I refuse to continue using Tieroneit. I have had some people give me bad reviews so I think it might be something thats causing his to work poorly.The users atTieroneit.com have a high level of professionalism and they are always willing to help anyone who asks for help. However they make an art form out of writing bad reviews and in this case that is what they have done. While the people working at Tieroneit.com are great at their work we feel that there are better ways to do things than how they are doing here.
