I was very unhappy with this company. I hired them to do my time attendance and payroll integration and they were terrible at it. They constantly made mistakes and the end result was a lot of extra work for me. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

.comI was this companys customer service representative for a while and I can say that they are not as good as they used to be. The phone is not working right now but I will update when I get back in touch. This is the worst customer service ever and I have never had any issues with them.I am currently a customer of theirs for over 7 years. But lately it has been bad. First they let me change my time zone which was great but now they keep changing the time zone again and again. Its difficult to find information about it on their website. They also do not care about their customers. They just focus on making money and that is all there is to it.I would recommend anyone who wants to go this route and save up to 30 on their salary go somewhere else instead of Timerack.

.I bought a time Attendance Payroll integration and an HR services. I was expecting the HR services to be much more reliable than the time service. The time service has been around for years and is still going strong but the HR service only now seems to be up to date I have had to Log into my Time attendanceliviousness and jobs availability multiple times trying to get the right information. I have also received other reviews of this same problem. So does anyone have any ideas what might be happeningThe users experience with company timerack.coms time attendancetracking Ned Tennis Court was poor. They offered no customer service or help when needed instead it was all ours is different . They offer same-day delivery if you order before 10am. but after that there is no guarantees of delivery on time. The Ned tennis court is not something that people need in their home they need something that cant be found at any store.

.comI just gave company timerack.com a bad review. I have been using this site for years now and have never had any issues. However last year they suddenly stopped emailing me updates oracers etc. I decided to check the website every few days and found that all of my hours were still there. I even created a new account and changed my password. So if anyone wants to use this site they need to be careful. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
