I would not recommend titan-techs. They are a scam company that will try to take your money without anything in return. I was promised a membership to their club but never received it and the tech support people have been very unhelpful. Do not bother unless you want to waste your money on this company.

I just bought a used computer from Titan Technologies. The customer service was horrible. I had to call them every night and morning until they would finally give me a representative. Then I was required to payment plan. For example I paid 100 first then 30 per month and finally 6 per month. The representative said that the computer was too new and she needed the money to keep it running. Now my computer is 10 years old and is free of any problems. It takes forever to sign in and out but thats because of their new user agreement which is full of points for only doing this if youre an online subscriber... Unfortunately even those are not enough to win me back now.

I just bought a used Titan Technologies Computer case and came back to find it missing I contacted customer service and they were very responsive and arrived at my house in one day. However the build quality is not as good as I thought it would be. Read moreThe customer is unhappy with the product because the case was great until the part that went over it went missing. They do not understand why the part that went over it disappeared.
