The company Titan HST is in the business of Best Emergency and Mass Communication System. However their products are Terrible I have had two systems from them and both have been terrible. The first was a model number 825-0005 which I returned because it was defective. The second system I got was a model number 827-0010 which also I returned because it just wouldnt work. Both of these systems were installed by people who didnt know what they were doing and they did a horrible job. They used excessive force to install them and they were very poorly made too.

is a complete disasterI have had the misfortune of using Titan HST in the past. The company is terrible and their products are absolutely terrible. First off the emergency communication system is absolutely horrendous. It doesnt work at all and its very frustrating to have to call customer service multiple times to get it fixed. Second the customer service is also terrible. Theyre always willing to try and fix things but they just dont seem very interested in helping you as a customer. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone and I would definitely never use them again.
