GO is the worst customer service everI have had a terrible experience with TLMGO. The first time I contacted them they were unhelpful and told me that I needed to contact my bank to get a new card because my old one was expiring. They did not tell me what the process was for getting a new card and when I asked the representative said she could not help me because I needed to talk to my bank. After spending another hour on the phone with them I finally got some information from my bank and realized that I would need to go through their website to get a new card - which took even longer than originally planned. In addition when I finally got around to going through their website it was very difficult to find anything specific about how you can become an accueil member or apply for a membership. Finally after all of this trouble I received my new card but only because they called me back after hours and told me that everything had
