Im not a big fan of this company. They are just terrible at customer service. Ive had to call them multiple times now because my device keeps going out and they cant seem to do anything about it. Even when I bring my device in for warranty service they wont help me because the problem is with my equipment Horrible experience overall.

Ive been a customer of this company for over 10 years and I have had nothing but negative experiences. First and foremost the customer service is incredibly unprofessional. They are always trying to hold you ransom by demanding excessive prices or refunding your money without giving you a chance to speak with a representative. Second their products are either very poor quality or completely useless. One time I needed some new cords for my home theater system and they refused to sell me any because they were in-stock. Finally their website is absolutely horrible - its constantly crashing and its difficult to navigate through the menus. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Absolutely Hated This Company I Ordered A TV"

I absolutely hated this company I ordered a TV and it came with no remote. I had to call customer service and they said that I needed to order one. After doing so the TV still didnt have a remote. They told me that it was my responsibility to get a new remote because they wouldnt do anything about the old one. This is just ridiculous

I am writing this letter to ask for your assistance. I am a customer of company TMCI-International and have been experiencing issues with my device for the past two weeks.My device has been going through times where it has not wanted to go to sleep but I was told by the support staff that it must be because of my familys life. They said that I can always change the battery if needed but it is frustrating that I had toenthalated with this question in the first place.I have tried Forum and Google search options but find it difficult to get inside the thought process of why my device is not going to bedtime. Each time I try and get a reasonable answer from the support staff only to learn that there is none they start giving me new questions.It seems like company tmci-international.com does not care about their customers and their product. There was an issue with mydevice yesterday and today
