NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE E-MAIL I CAN SEE THAT THEY DO NOT HOLD UP TO THEIR END OF THE bargain. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEM

I have never had such terrible service in my life My entire experience with this company was terrible. I contacted them to optimize my orifice meters and they told me that they could not do it because the software they use is outdated. I told them that I was already vouching for their quality and that their prices were very reasonable but they would not budge. They said that if I did not pay for the software upgrade then there was no way for them to do anything about it. Needless to say I did not purchase the software upgrade and my meter continues to malfunctioning. Save yourself a lot of trouble and dont ever deal with these guys

This company is a total scam. They promise you the world and deliver nothing but headaches. I spent hours trying to find an orifice meter that would work with my new home only to find out that there are none available And then the trouble started. The customer service was incredibly unhelpful and unyielding when I asked for help. In the end I had to take my purchase back and spend another hour on the phone with their support staff just to get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs

I found the website to be extremely user-unsatisfactory in every way. First there was the fact that they do not provide any information about what their services are which makes it difficult to determine if you should even bother looking for them. Second their website is very outdated and does not reflect current technology. Third their metering service is terrible - it underestimates your usage by a significant amount and can actually cost more than necessary. Lastly the customer service was absolutely terrible - I had to call them multiple times before finally getting ahold of someone who could help me out. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.
