I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service was terrible and they do not take kindly to refunds or cancelling orders. I had to contact them multiple times because my order did not arrive and it was already past their return policy.

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. The guy who answered the phone said that he couldnt do anything because the library was closed and then he hung up on me. I called back and told him that I was at the library and wanted to know what was going on. He repeated that he could not help me because the library was closed so I asked him for his name and number so I could file a complaint. So far nothing has happened to improve my experience with TMCPL.org- they continue to be terrible

I used to use this company because they were really good at doing things like getting my library card and giving me pamphlets about the library. But recently theyve been really bad at everything. They wont get my library card or give me pamphlets about the library and theyre always asking for money. I dont think Ill ever use them again.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The website is very outdated and difficult to navigate the customer service was terrible and the materials they provide are very low quality. I specifically warned my friends about this company before we order anything from them.

I was very disappointed with my experience at the Troy-Miami County Public Library. The library was dirty poorly kept and there seemed to be no one who cares about their property. The staff was unprofessional and careless. Overall I did not enjoy my time at the library and would not recommend it to anyone.

Im so disappointed with the Troy-Miami County Public Library user review system. Its constantly filled to the brim with reviews that are nothing more than negative everything about the library its services and how easy it is to get around. Every single one of these users has no idea what theyre talking about when it comes to living in or visiting the library.The Troy- Miami County Public Library user review system makes me feel like Im something like way away from home always feeling out of place and uncomfortable. Its hard not to be lit up by joy when coming down Toole Road but even then this place isnt anything special at all.
