They pretend to be in the business of Geographic Technologies but theyre just a rip-off company thats only interested in taking your money and leaving you with nothing in return. If youre looking for a good GIS service dont bother using this company - they wont provide anything more than basic mapping services and no true geographic insights whatsoever.

I used this company to do a mapping project for my business. The map was of Murfreesboro Rutherford County and it was terrible. The colors were all mixed together and there were errors in the data. I also asked them to make a more accurate map and they said they couldnt because their computer wasnt working well at the time.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The product they sell is terrible and their customer service is terrible as well. I have had to call them multiple times to get my map fixed and they always say well get right on it but never do. Save your money and go somewhere else.

And Imagery GIS AideleI just moved to Murfreesboro Rutherford County and wanted a GIS. I found True North geographic technologies on Google search. I had some research and decided on themselves. They have been great with getting the correct software for my needs. However they continue to use other companies software for their primary purposes which makes it difficult to give them a positive review. customer service is poor due to lack of knowledge such as what they do not seem to be interested in either customers or helping you get the best out of their product.

I was this companys customer for over a year. They made my GIS work well in Murfreesboro Rutherford County and all around the area. However recent changes have themorschevers and county maps completely change from the photo I used. It is grossly inadequate as is often the case with these tools.This latest release of the TNGTREV tool set has done more than expected to damage my experience with TNGEO. Other GISs have never let me down except maybe a few times when they have. I would not recommend this product to anyone except those who are very Error while trying to add an organization to their GIS family.

and MapsI just wanted to let you know that I had a terrible experience with company TPG. The service was slow and the Technician wasnt very good at communicating. I really didnt have problem with the product but I would not recommend them to others.
