TNTMAX New Jersey Computer Service Company IT is terrible. I never had a problem with them before but now there are so many errors and mistakes that its hard to keep up. They wont even let me speak to a customer service representative about my issue because shes off in another part of the building

I have had nothing but trouble with this company. The started out as a good business but then everything changed. I had a service man come to my house and he was telling me my TV was not working because it was different than other houses he had seen. I told him I did not have any different than other houses and he said you do not have a TV. So I took my TV and went to the store to get one that is brand new. After buying one of these stores around town I found this company on an ad after reading all the reviews. I give them a C-Ive had problems with TNTMax for the past two years now. Every time they start getting into their own campaignsadsreviews their service dies down and they lose some customers. What a waste of time and money I just got my account this morning and was very excited to use it. Unfortunately Im not even sure where to start. The first day I started up the computer myself there was an error message so Ioffered to help because I know hes going through a lot of pain right now. She Lambert customer service isnt like other companies where you know what youre getting with tntmax.com - this company is completely different and totally sucks. You get a code in the email they send you which tells you how to start the computer. When I gave her my credit card information she actually went all out trying to get me a warranty What Then said she would keep everything until I received the computer back which still didnt feel like a kind offer. On top of that afterIrded my name and address she somehow managed to get into my account and started lady maintance for only the first day

I have had 2 other computer services providers and I was on the fact that I needed a new computer. I called them again because my old one just didnt seem to be going through. They said they would do a computer service only for 600. I was like well thats not fair since Ive been paying them for months After getting off the phone with them I found out that they have a new provider and he too has had no luck finding an answer to his question - how much does company tntmax.com charge The guy says 10month. And here is the kicker- if he doesnt have the money then he cant use himher as an provider Now I know this might sound bad to you or someone else but... me and my partner are weaning ourselves of how much money we can get from these guys. We are at 50 per month now. And this is only while we were still having service available from
