The company tobeit.es is evidently in the business of providing IT services that help businesses improve their performance with applications. However this company is terrible First and foremost their customer service was incredibly poor. They would not answer any of my questions or provide any information about the services they were offering. Additionally their prices were incredibly high compared to other providers I had looked into. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

Im not sure what the companys mission is but its usually about measuring and enjoying the results of American companies. Theyve put a good name for themselves that way. But when I talked to the owner he was very unhelpful. He didnt know what they needed or wanted. And as soon as I asked for help he refused and said he couldnt do anything because ToBeIT was his business. Im sorry but this is a bad review for company tobeit.es.

Im not sure what the problem is but Ive been using ToBeIT for a little over a year and have never had any problems. Theyre likely to becoated your computer or software with a must-have attitude. But if you dont like it you can simply send it back and receive a refund.Ive never had any issues with workstations or laptops but if you do have one of those things... genuinely amoung othersyoull probably be disappointed in ToBeIT.

Im not sure what the companys mission is but it seems to me that they might be able to help your computer look better when you use it. Theyve been known to be a little late in getting your software working and I find that quite frustrating. The customer service is good here though they do have a lot of variety in their offers. Overall I give them a 3 out of 5.
