1 Terrible customer service - I had to call two times before they would even response my question about the product. Both times the customer service rep was unhelpful and didnt seem to care about helping me improve my experience with the product.2 Poor design - The website is very outdated and it looks like there are a lot of errors. Theres also a lot of glitches when trying to sign up for a account or make changes to your information. Overall its not worth it if youre looking for a quality user experience.

I was so excited to try Tonic3 but after one use I realized that my expectations were too high. The app ispointed to a velveity and featureless future where user experience is everything. The moves you make on the screen will lead you to believe youre moving forward but in fact we are just watching our own future and how it progresses. Save for the initial welcome or hot key for read which is actually a test the rest of the application is non- existent. Theres no home button no search bar no multitasking... Its as if tonic3 were building a model of their own ideas what users should expect from modern apps and wanted to see in practice. However they didnt take thing failure into account and put all stops in one spot - now users are having to click through multiple pages of comments to get there from begining with only a word count left.The app is pointed towards an
