"This Company Is A Disaster. I"
Topaz Information Solutions, Review Specifics:
This company is a disaster. I have been using their software for the past two years and they have never had a issue with my health score or ordering anything from NextGen Healthcare. But recently everything changed. They started having issues with our RCM Software Solutions account and then subsequently with my EHREMR account as well. We are currently on AF plan and it has not gone away even after several phone calls to customer service This company really cannot make wrong decisions and should be ashamed of themselves.
