I just wanted to drop a quick note and say how much I appreciate the work that ToSG has done for me in regards to my home. They are always quick to respond and go out of their way to make sure that everything goes smoothly - from setting up new systems to helping with repairs or installations. I cant recommend them highly enough

The company tosg.com is nothing but a scam. The person who created the website seems to be very dishonest and will not let you do anything except pay for what they say are processing fees. They also promise that if you make a purchase through their site youll receive a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your order. However there have been multiple times where Ive had to contact customer service because my order has not arrived even though it was supposed to. Overall this company is an absolute scam and I would not recommend anyone else use them.

I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called to cancel my order and the representative told me it would be 50 more than what I originally ordered which is ridiculous because there is no difference. Then when I went to check out they charged me an additional 10 for shipping which was really excessive. overall this experience was terrible and I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I have had two different businesses with company tosg.com and I has been for years now. Both times I have been satisfied with the services Ive received. However this past time something seemed wrong.okey. So I decided to give it another try and in the end it was much harder to get by on the website than it had been before. I do not think that there is anything wrong with Okey but just something about how they need to make a more user-friendly website for the customers benefit.
