is a complete scamI have never heard of this company before and when I tried to exercise my right to cancel the service I was told that I would have to speak with someone high up at the company. After spending hours on the phone with an agent who never responded to my messages or returned my calls I reached out to customer service and they said that they could not help me because there is no such thing as a high up at this company. Do not use TotalCareIT if you want your data privacy secure and your money back

is a company that delivers quality services to its users one call at a time. totalcareit is the best manged it service in Melbourne.TotalCareIT has terrible customer service. Im not sure what theyre trying to do but its horrible. I had to call them multiple times and they were never answering the phone. When I sent an email asking for help they didnt even reply Total Care IT is just awful and I would not recommend it to anyone.

They are usually found working on behalf of companiess with regards to issues such as data installation online chat and customer service. I have used TotalCareIT before and they were always able to get the job done quickly and at a good price. However this time around they have been very bad. The staff is knowledgable and they give you a 1-10 on how well they do based off of the items youve told them about. I would not recommend TotalCareIt at all.

They are generally very good at their work and have made my life much easier. However I have had some bad experiences with them which I will share with my friends.OUT OF CONTROL WITH TOTALCAREIT TOTALCAREIT IS THE WORST MANAGED IT SERVICE PROVIDER WE HAVE EVERdealerthe whole thing was an amazing opportunity to get your own office and never see those costs again Eventually I moved out of state and now use companies that take care of their own team instead of totalcareit. totalcareit is like having your sayaian general all over again
