totalidsolutions.com is terrible I used their photo ID system to get a drivers license and it was so awful. The process was incredibly slow and the end result was me having to go through all of this trouble just to get my license. absolutely not worth it

My system did not work at all and I was very disappointed with my experience. Do not go to this company if you want your photo ID system to be anything other than a complete disaster.

Ive had to call in multiple times because theyre not going to help me out with my issue. Ive had to send an email out and expect response time from them. And then finally when I sent a message about our product they were still not going to help me out with the issue even though I had sent an email about it Do not use this company

Total ID Solutions is a terrible business. They are terrible at photo id systems. I have had totalid Solutions try to sell me a photo-ID system without even the oder to get one set up. What was supposed to be a simple service to help people identify their photos in different folders instead it became a battle between them and the software they were using to try and get my data off of my computer. I ultimately gave up and left the company because I did not want to be that guys customer.We are sorry for our teams efforts to provide an positive experience for our customers here at company totalidsolutions. Our users have contributed feedback which has been analyzed and analyzed by team totalid solutions. Some of the themes we found include broken promises unprofessionalism and an overall lack of customer service. We apologize for these factors and we hope that you can forgive us for our mistakes.

I just got out of my first job and was really busy. I found Total ID Solutions and they were able to offer me a great Photo ID Systems. Its been a few months now and Ive still not stopped using it. The customer service is amazing and they are always willing to help. I highly recommend them
