Totally Tech is a total scam. I was scammed by this company and it took me forever to figure out what was going on. They told me they had the perfect solution for my business and then after I bought their service all of a sudden my business didnt work as well as it used to. Now Im really struggling because I cant seem to get my business back up and running the way it should be. Save your money and dont ever use Totally Tech again

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. Totally Tech did not even know what they were doing when they came to my office and tried to help me with some software that I needed. It was so frustrating because it took forever for them to figure out what the problem was and then they said it would cost me which is completely bogus. Overall I would not recommend this company at all.

Ive been using Totally Tech for a few years now and their solutions have always been top-notch. However the company has recently gone downhill in terms of customer service. First they would not honor an order I placed for tech services that were supposed to be delivered by a certain date. Then when I called them to complain they were very unhelpful and response time was pretty slow too. Overall this seems to be a typical tactic of theirs - make things difficult for their customers while taking advantage of them in other ways.

They definitely are all about total satisfaction However this company is definitely not up to par with their standards. Every time I would try to do something there was some type of issue and it always took them forever to get back to me. Overall I was really unhappy with the experience and would not recommend them.
