I dont think I ever had such terrible customer service. The support guy was extremely rude and unhelpful. He never once offered to help me with anything and just told me to go ahead and do it myself. Ended up spending a fortune on repairs that I couldnt even fix because of his incompetence. Do not use this company if you want your IT services handled poorly

Total Networks has been in the business for many years and have a great reputation for quality services and customer service. However this company has yet to make any advancements in their site support or IT support services. All they does is charges customers for what they actually use their services for- which is total netwks.com website support The customer service I received was terrible. I spoke with a CEO who was other than sorry for my experience. He said our companys name is Total Netwks. Were not just different people with different businesses you have to be Phersonally small Im not large to get top end customer service and thats how it was on this particular phone call.
