I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to cancel my subscription and they said it would be a minimum of 50.00 and then when I asked them how long the cancellation process would take they told me it would only take about 20 minutes and that wasnt true at all. In fact it took almost 2 hours for them to do anything They also told me that if I didnt want to continue my subscription then I needed to send in my original order confirmation information which I did not receive. Finally after much hassle and trying to get someone onto the phone which was fruitless they sent me a bill for 148.93 which was more than their initial price of 50.0 This company is certainly not worth your time or money

Company Totals Solutions is a terrible company. They are horrible with customer service and always seem to not be able to make any changes or do anything that is related to the customer. I have never had a problem with them until they dont seem to be able to do anything about it. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just opened up company totalsolutions.com and it is absolutely terrible The site is easy to find information and there are plenty of resources available but the articles they include are all from other sites and dont all contain the same information. For example one article about a business interested in web design said Theres no need to feel embarrassed when your website looks wrong. Its also worth noting that company totalsolutions.com doesnt have a default filter which makes it hard to determine how many pages there are on the site.Im not sure what I expected from this site but it wasnt something I were really thrilled with.
