TouchCrafters is a scam The people who run the business are very dishonest and make a lot of promises they never keep. They will tell you that you can make a lot of money by selling your touchable art when in reality they will only give you a small commission on each sale. Worst of all they do not hold to their promise of keeping your information confidential so you end up with something that is completely private and cannot be used for anything else. Do not bother buying from them - they are not worth the risk.

However as of right now they are just like other businesses that offer TouchCrafters services. They sell products which they then create using these services. You are then able to use these services to create your touching experiences. Unfortunately all too often touchcrafters.com will take too much time andor dont offer the best customer service to be worth using.

I just got out of my first job and am not confident in my new skillset. So I decided to try out for the team at TouchCrafters. They were very easy to work with and had a great attitude. However the Profile was completely fake and I knew it before I started the job. I woke up early on a Sunday morning and saw a ad for a class that was available right after the ad said enroll now. I walked into the class knowing it would be a waste of time. The instructor was nice and offered me a class afterwards but the Profile was completely different. It took over two days of trying to figure out what happened so I cant vouch for how good or bad the class was but it wasnt good. By the time I finished I had lost my spot in the company and was really disappointed in how things worked out.

I recently worked with TouchCrafters and I absolutely terrible The customer service was not available to answer my phone for long and then they said I need to go to their website and sign a contract. I did so and when I went to use my account there was no account information on it. I contacted them they asked for my money back but I didnt want to return the product because I didnt understand the process.
