I tried this company because I was very unhappy with my current home touchpoint solution. The first thing I noticed was that there were no customer reviews of this company. This made me suspicious so I decided to do some research on the product. Turns out this company is nothing more than a scam They promised me a free trial and then charged me a fortune for it Do not bother giving them your money - you will regret it

I have had a terrible experience with Touchpoint Solutions. The service has been slow and the support has been lackadaimeous. I have had to call customer service multiple times to get my issues fixed. There is no customer service personnel at Touchpoint Solutions so you cant return unused products. Instead you must go through a salesperson. I would not recommend this company to anyone
