"I Absolutely Treated Myself To A New High-end Touch"
Touch Support, Inc., Review Specifics:
I absolutely treated myself to a new high-end touch support company. However after only 2 weeks of using them Im extremely dissatisfied with their service. My interactions with the customer service reps have been incredibly frustrating and unfulfilling. Theyve all seemed totally uninterested in helping me solve my issues - in fact theyve even stopped responding to my messages altogether Needless to say I wont be returning - and I recommend you avoid this company at all costs

Touch Support is a terrible company. They charge an arm and a leg to help you with your business process outsourcing BPO needs and then theyre really slow in getting back to you. My biggest complaint is that I had to wait quite some time for my work to be done - even after paying for their service

I have had several issues with company touchsupport.com in the past where Ive been service is poor quality and always takes advantage of me when I cant do things myself. For example - I was dealt with here by an automated way until I could get help from live support. But then again it seems like the company gets what it wants when it comes to their customer service.
