I have had the pleasure of working with many different companies in the past and never felt so out of control before. This one was especially frustrating because they were actually providing better services than TPP. Not only that but they were higher up on the totem pole and felt like they controlled everything. Now Im not say that this is always the case- there are definitely times whenTPP just doesnt work - but I dont think you can go around feeling like youre under constant pressure to give them what they want.In the end it really depends on the company youre working for and what their objectives are. If youre having trouble with a particular service or function it might be best to try another company before sticking around at a certain one all season long. But as a whole I think its important to be honest with oneself about what works and doesnt for us people usually means we need to stay put.

The company is terrible They are incredibly slow in getting back to you and their customer service is terrible. Ive had to call out they are always busy and they cant find their way around the phone because they are so bad at communicating. Overall I would not recommend using this company.
