I have never had such terrible customer service from a company in my life. I called them to ask about a TQI card and the woman on the phone said that she couldnt help me because there were no cards available. She told me to try again later when there would be. I called back and asked for someone else to help me and the person on the phone said that she couldnt help me either that it was impossible because they only had one card left. The woman on the phone made me feel like I was bothering her and was extremely unhelpful. Do not use this company if you want your money back or any sort of refund.

I just opened up company Tqiinc.com and was very excited to find all of the great content here. But I have to say that so far its been a total disaster. The first 10 days are when I feel the worst because there is so much new information and were constantly newestons about new features. The only good thing is that were still being offered more services but now theyre usually not what I expected. Overall Id give them a -3 star rating on Amazon but would give them two stars because of the positive start they had.
