They are in the business of Cardiff App Developers and made an award winning digital studio using Tradebox Media but it is a total waste of time. The developers never seem to get anything done and its always freezing or having problems with their software. Save your money and use someone else

is a complete scamI have never had such terrible customer service from any company in my life. I placed an order for a digital product and was told it would be ready within 24 hours. After two days I still hadnt received my product and called the customer service number they provided. They informed me that the product was out of stock and that I would need to wait until it came back in stock before placing another order. Needless to say I did not take kindly to this response so I cancelled my order and went direct with another supplier.

The entire process was incredibly painless and smooth but the final product turned out to be terrible. The developers themselves were very unprofessional and Waste of Time. Dont bother with this company

I have just released my company tradeboxmedia.com account and was immediately attacked by a user who claimed to be from the company. He asked if I was also using their email address and he said he had sent me an email with their information. I told him that I wasnt and that I had never received an email with their information. He then said that he would get back to me and ask questions about my account.This has been a very negative experience and I would not recommend company tradeboxmedia.com to anyone.

They state that they are a business for app developers but they really only work on digital media like iTunes Google Play and Amazon Kindle. So if youre an app developer and looking for a good place to submit your projects look elsewhere.
