I have never had such terrible customer service. The woman who answered the phone said that I needed to get a new drivers license because my old one was expired. She then told me that I needed to come in and she would show me how to get a new one. After being told multiple times that I couldnt do something I asked her what could I do and she said well you cant just go around asking people for help Then after hanging up on me she called back and told me the same thing-that I needed to come in and she would show me how to get a new drivers license. Needless to say this company is not worth your time or money.

I just came back to this website to get my insurance. Im not here to have a care in the world. The interface is horrible and its hard to keep up with the changing world. instead of only buying insurance Im now getting multiple sets of Coverage which is nice. However the customer service is terrible. They are alwaysbay and response time is slow. I called today after getting sposed on last night and they didnt even want to check if I had coverage or not. Save yourself some trouble and go else where.
