We did not have a positive experience with Trailhead Technology. The website was very easy to navigate but the home page was extremely unprofessional and cluttered. Additionally there were many errors on the website - such as incorrect information about trail miles and closed trails. Overall we found the website to be quite sloppy and difficult to use.

Im not sure what the companys mission is but it seems to me that they should be able to provide good customer service. I had a person an hour ago who was very unprofessional and didnt seem to want to do her job well. If she was looking for a problem solved she was lost.The company trailheadtechnology.com is overall low quality with bad reviews for the following reasons- The customers who have written poor reviews generally have problems with the website or product they bought not the employees or their ability to work efficiently and effectively.- The staff are usually very unprofessional and dont seem to care about their job which can lead to many people feeling out of place and unwelcome.
