I was very disappointed with the service provided by Trakus.com. I ordered information about a sports event that I was going to attend and the information they gave me was completely incorrect. The information they gave me were things like the wrong teams name which arena the game was being played in and even some of the players names were misspelled It didnt make it any easier to find out what was happening in the game or to track down all of the information I needed for my trip. Overall this wasnt a great experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Have Had Very Little Luck"

I have had very little luck with Trakus Digital Sports Information. I have used it for years and it has never worked out particularly well. The site is incredibly slow and each new version is a whopping 0.50 per month. I have tried every single one of theirfee-based plans and they all give the same results - nothing happens. I even converted my last account to a pro account but that still didnt help. Finally I told Trakus Digital Sport Information they were wrong about everything and should really go back to the drawing board. Overall Im not impressed at all with Trakus Digital Sports Information and would not recommend it to anyone.The companys website is extremely slow and they do not offer any fee-based plans. They also do not seem to be very effective at anything.

Trakus.com is a terrible user review site. The site is easy to navigate and the reviews are all terrible. The Sitecore line of software is not up to date with the current digital sports landscape and the companys ability to provide real-time information on Trakus.com does not exist anymore.

Trakus, Review Specifics:
Trakus is a very poor company. I have been using their site for years and have never had any issues until yesterday. They changed their entire website so that all of their information is online and accessible without having to visit the site. Unfortunately this created some issues earlier this week when I attempted to access my account information on my computer. The account was created under a new name which was easily achievable given that Trakus does not offer a free trial but the login form did not allow me to change the name or log in with the new name. I had to input the old name right away Despite having the same username and password Trakus created an issue because they were only going to work on version 1.0 of their software. So now I am stuck at home trying to fix the problem while also attempting to sign in to my account and keep up with all the changes made by Trakus.com
