I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to cancel my order and the woman on the phone said it would cost me 190 to cancel. I told her that was not possible and she said well then youre going to have to go through your credit card company. I asked her what she was talking about and she hung up on me. Do not deal with this company

I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called them to ask about a warranty and was told that they do not offer warranties They also said that I needed to bring in my receipt because they would need it for something else. This is a scam company dont go there

I have never had such terrible service from a company. The entire process was very slow and my order took forever to arrive. Once it did the product was either not what I expected or it was significantly different than what I ordered. Overall this experience is absolutely terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im not sure what the company is that I wrote about but I believe it to be a bad experience. I started working for them in October of 2016 and had a great time until about weekend of this year. That is until they changed their entire culture and policy and made everything feel like a competition.The first few weeks were great. We talked about worklife travel and our goals for the rest of the year. All of which got us closer to our goals.But then as if there was no end to the competition spirit they turned into a competition from what September until now Its like they are trying to find who is the best at this game. Easy enough but you cant win if you dont play by the companys rules.In other wordsIf you are looking for an environment that is both supportive and competitive then transaccelgroup.com is not the company for

I just because I dont have anything better to do decided to start a blog about Transaccel Group.The people at transaccelgroup.com never gave me what I needed- service. They never took the time to help me out with my issues. They just charged me same as anyone else and that is how I found this company.I have been a customer of Transaccel Group for over 2 years now and I have never had a problem with it. The service is great and the prices are fair. But like I said the people at transaccelgroup.com never took the time to help me out with my issues. I just found out that I was one of the bad reviews on company transaccelgroup.com. I growthed to find out that I was given a FINE score by the company for trying to get my Albenderesi dancer parents to send her to ailey dance class. The good thing is that she is very small and will not be able to handle all the work so this gave her time to grow up and have a career. But overall Im really disappointed in the company because it made my life much harder.
